SHEA BUTTER

Shea butter is a fat that has been extracted from shea tree nuts. Shea butter also has anti-inflammatory and healing properties with high concentrations of fatty acids and vitamins. Redness and swelling of the skin may be calmed by applying shea butter topically.

Sunflower Oil

Sunflower oil is rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin E which help in promoting skin health. These vitamins act as antioxidants; helping in regenerating damaged skin cells and possibly helping protect skin against bacteria and germs.

Carnauba wax

As it is derived solely from a plant-based source, carnauba wax is vegan and is often seen as a good alternative to beeswax and other non-vegan products such as gelatin. The carnauba wax sourced for our products is sustainable, like all of our ingredients.

Arnica

Arnica contains an anti-inflammatory compound believed to relieve tension, aches, and bruising when applied topically.

Comfrey

Comfrey roots and leaves contain a substance that helps reduce inflammation and keep skin healthy. Comfrey has been used to heal bruises as well as pulled muscles and strains.

St. John's Wort

St. John's wort has antibacterial, antioxidant, and antiviral properties. Because of its anti-inflammatory properties, it has been applied to the skin to help heal wounds and burns.

Tapioca Starch

A natural thickener and texture enhancer derived from the roots of the Cassava shrub. Tapioca starch can also serve to stabilize emulsions and aid in the delivery of key ingredients to skin.

Glycerin

Glycerin is great for the skin because it acts as a humectant, which is a substance that supports the skin to retain moisture. It can increase skin hydration, relieve dryness and refresh the skin's surface.

Lavender

Lavender oil’s tension relieving effects help soothe inflammation, while the beta-caryophyllene in the oil also acts as a natural anti-inflammatory.

Bergamot

Bergamot essential oil is unique among citrus oils due to its ability to be both uplifting and calming. It is also purifying and cleansing for the skin while having a calming effect.

Geranium

Geranium essential oil has been used to treat health conditions for centuries. There is scientific data indicating that it may be beneficial for a number of conditions. It's thought to have antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties.

Eucalyptus

Often used in aromatherapy to calm and relax, distilled from the leaves of the eucalyptus tree, eucalyptus essential oil has a cooling, invigorating and soothing effect.

Tocopherol is a form of Vitamin E typically derived from vegetable oils. Our tocopherol is from sunflower seed oil and non-GMO soy beans. Tocopherol is known as an antioxidant superhero that provides protection for your skin.
